Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The well-equipped kitchen has high ceilings & exposed beams, as well as a table with seating for four people. The utility area, with washing machine and dryer, leads onto the shower room. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set within the main courtyard of the old farm, is The Cider Barn. The ground floor living space is open plan, with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Wi-Fi is included, as well as a smart television. The ground floor has two bedrooms; one en-suite with king bed and one with a double bed. There is also the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (with loo and sink) and a double and single bed.

There are two friendly village pubs within a short walk, an excellent farm shop & cafe and post office. A 15-20minute drive from Exeter's city centre, Tiverton and Crediton and 45 minutes to Exmoor and Dartmoorand nearest beaches. Varied and picturesque walking routes are close by. We apologise, the property is not currently accepting pets. The property is a non- smoking space.
