Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 140 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 400 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

Fully furnished beautiful Studio Apartment in a villa in a peaceful area. The studio is just 20 min. from the city center. The Studio offers accommodation for a couple or single with a balcony overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom (140x200cm bed) , a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge. The sofa bed in the kitchen cum living room can be converted into a floor level mattress . Fully equipped kitchen has induction stove, oven, mini fridge, kettle and toaster.

Cozy and modern apartment with separate entrance located in the leafy and family-friendly neighbourhood Kyrkbyn in Barkarby. This is a newly renovated one room apartment, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. It’s suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids (160 cm bed and two children (110 cm sofa bed). The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
