Inoltre vi è un box privato chiuso, dove si trova la lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tropea si trova a 10 km.

La casa è composta da un piano terra (zona giorno) e da un piano primo( zona notte). Si trova nel centro di Zambrone e si affaccia su una bellissima piazza. A pochissimi metri troverete tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno: Pizzeria, market, farmacia, ufficio postale , tabacchino ecc... Il mare di Zambrone dista a 5 minuti di macchina. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla.
