Known to locals as the "Reporter Building" this was built in 1892 to house the newspaper printing press and was converted to living quarters in the last 20 years.

There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.
