Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Guest House on Lafayette

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. The guest house is located along a seasonal creek and nestled into the trees. Deer and wildlife are abundant even though you're located within a mile of lots of activities. This guest home is only 380 square feet but feels much larger with the loft and full bathroom and kitchen. Take advantage of the local grocery store just down the street, restaurants and university games. Or hike at beautiful Mt. Sequoyah and take in the view!

This is a Garage that has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom & queen bed. Located in a low key neighborhood just a few blocks from Emma Street (downtown Springdale), one block to the Razorback Greenway on Park St. that provides access to Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers and Bella Vista. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling.

Studio apartment in a rural estate setting. Attractions in immediate area include, Sassafras Springs Winery & event venue; Stone Chapel at Matt Lane Farm event venue < 15 minutes, public lake access. Approximately 11 miles/20+ minutes to U of A/downtown Fayetteville. Access to all of NWA's attractions via Don Tyson Parkway to I-49.
