Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Nestled amongst the trees, this cabin feels private and romantic, but with easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, or Fayetteville. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around deck where you can view abundant wildlife. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find beach access to launch kayaks.

The Way

Stylish and funky, "The Way" is conveniently located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Many amenities and activities are within a few minutes of driving or biking. It has easy access to I-49 and is only minutes to Fayetteville. This bright, spacious home has space for up to 7 people featuring three bedrooms consisting of two queen beds, a full size bed and twin bed with Smart HDTVs in all bedrooms with free WIFI available throughout the property and keyless entry for easy entry and exit.

Beaver Lake Inn Lakefront location

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Our Small Escape awaits 2 - 4 people looking to relax & reconnect in our bright & airy space, featuring a 20 ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub (open year-round), or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

Relax & unwind in the country on our 30-acre farm in Tontitown (northwest) Arkansas. It is peaceful, cozy & quiet, yet close to many restaurants, shops & outdoor activities. We are 5 miles from I-49, 9 miles from XNA, around 20 minutes from UofA & 19 miles from John Brown University. Feel the gentle breezes, watch the flicker of lightning bugs, listen to frogs & crickets chirping (in season) & possibly see some deer. Enjoy coffee & homemade cookies. A piece of Heaven on Earth!
