La casa è indipendente con giardino e parcheggio privato, raggiungibile anche con la ciclabile Modena Vignola (c'è la possibilità di utilizzare due biciclette per spostamenti). The house is at 500mt from the town centre. At a short distance from restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It has a large garden and independent carpark.
