Bright and clean apartment only a few minutes drive from Mt Martha's renowned cafes and restaurants, Safety Beach or Mt Martha Beach. 10 to 30 minute drive to local attractions. We are hidden away from the hustle and bustle so a car is a must to get around. The kitchen is for light meals only and won't suit a master chef. If you want to work and need fast internet our apartment is not for you. The apartment is under the same roof as our home so you may hear our kids.

This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! You can leave your car at the door as we are located only 250 metres from the centre of Cowes Main Street with all its amazing shops and cafes and 200 metres from the beach which you can see from the front deck. Secluded Ventnor getaway.

Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
