The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

Apartment in Historical building with shared garden and pool. The property is located in a typical Medieval Tuscan village close to Terricciola (PI) which is part of the wine route. The historic palazzo was built in the 17th Century and has been converted into several individual apartments sharing a private swimming pool and a garden. This lovely apartment has a private car parking and a stunning view over the hills. The village is only 25 min. from Pisa Airport and 35 min. from the coast.

Situated in the tranquility and peace of the Tuscan countryside, this house is spacious, welcoming, and relaxing. We like to call our property a little unspoiled corner. Two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, and three bright bedrooms overlooking the beautiful, spacious garden and the typical Tuscan scenery of olive groves and vineyards. The house is completely pet-friendly, and there are three small Beagles who occasionally spend time with guests (well-behaved and calm).

La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.
