Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. The "Sunnseitn Lodge Mountainsuite" holiday flat is located in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria and offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 77 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. Furthermore, a private infrared sauna is at your disposal. The amenities also include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

Enjoy your stay in Sölden in our beautiful holiday house above the river with beautiful view of the sourrouding mountains. The house is only 500m away from the next ski lift station and a short walk towards the city center. The whole house has been completely renovated in 2023. The apartment accomodates up to 10 persons, offers a private garden and a balcony, 3 lovely bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.
