'Sallees' is an eco-luxe tiny home located on a 7 acre farm on the banks of the Mowamba River in the Snowy Mountains, NSW. Take a plunge in the river, or soak in the spectacular river and mountain views from your own wood-fired bath set amidst a grove of native Black Sallee trees. Located 15 mins from Jindabyne and 40 minutes from Perisher/Thredbo, Sallees is a peaceful mountain retreat and adventure-seekers' base, with hiking, fishing, biking and snowsport adventures on your doorstep.

Stone Cottage-Alpacas &Highland Cows @ Cherry Tree

Take it easy at this unique stone cottage & farm stay. Set in a rural setting 20 mins from Cooma, 45 min to Jindabyne, & 75 min to Kosciusko National Park. Drive down our shared unsealed road through neighbouring working farmland (grazing cows, calves, sheep & lambs) for approx 4km to the small self contained stone cottage. Built in the early 1800’s this is the original property on the land. The cottage has just been renovated and includes a luxury brand new bathroom with heated floor.

The Quarters, (Pets, Hot tub) Farmstay

Old Shearers Quarters, pets welcome, at our property, Boloco West. Just 15 mins drive to Jindabyne. Original shed facade with renovated interior and quality inclusions. Open fire, spa, three bedrooms. Large private outdoor area with campfire, deck with outdoor dining, BBQ and hot tub. Free Wi-Fi. Our menu includes pizzas and slow cooked meals freshly prepared in our farm kitchen. Guests can walk or mountain bike around the farm and enjoy our amazing views and abundant wildlife.

Banksia House offers the genuine Snowy Mountains experience. The house is nestled in Kalkite, the hidden village of the snowy mountains. Surrounded by breath taking views of Lake Jindabyne and Australia's most awe inspiring mountain range. Sit back after a hard day on the slopes in a hot tub over looking snow capped peaks or cosy up in front of the fireplace. Banksia house provides for all guests, ideal for families or couples needing time to reconnect and revitalise.

Charlottes Lane is a cosy guesthouse, perfect for your next getaway. Escape the hustle and bustle of town and experience real alpine views! Conveniently located just 7 minutes from town and only 35 minutes from both the snow resorts of Thredbo and Perisher. This newly refurbished three bedroom, one bathroom self-contained guesthouse is located on the lower level of our 2 storey home (where we live) on 10 acres, with its own private access and parking area.

The house is located only a 5 minute walk to the lake and a 10 minute walk to the city centre.
