Brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The home is located within walking distance from Fareway supermarket, Sanford Urgent Care Clinic, Lewis Drug, Family Wellness Center and Shenanigans Pub. *Please note this is a private room inside a 3 bedroom townhome. There are 2 other bedrooms available for rent.

The Bunkhouse Room #1

Cozy bunkhouse that will sleep 1 person comfortably per room with a twin sized bed, other common areas are shared by other guests that may book just minutes from Sioux falls in the country with goats, potbelly pigs and chickens. If one isn't available, check all other 3 listings. I do ask that everyone cleans up after themselves as this is shared to other guests. I do come in every morning to clean the common areas and take out the trash before I go to my full-time job.
