L'appartamento "Oltremare" è un gioiello pensato per ospitare sino a 5 persone in un ambiente ampio e confortevole. Si trova ad appena un minuto dal mare e dal centro di Riomaggiore. Le camere si affacciano ad ovest offrendo una spettacolare vista sul mare delle 5 Terre e suggestivi tramonti. Il livello di confort e sicurezza è completato da letti con materassi body-memory, cucina con piastre a induzione elettrica (senza fiamma), aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, porte blindate e cassette di sicurezza.

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

The Arches - a beautifully renovated apartment

'The Arches' is a beautiful, traditional Garfagnana home. The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Recently restored, the house has many original features, including wooden beams, terracotta tiles and its two distinctive arches. Quality features complement this history in the form of two modern bathrooms, central heating and a contemporary kitchen.

It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.
