A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Ampio appartamento di 90 mq, ristrutturato da poco, completamente arredato, luminoso dotato di tutti i servizi e confort, situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro storico di Treviso. Nelle vicinanze, raggiungibili a piedi, ci sono: supermercati, farmacie, l'ospedale Ca' Foncello, pizzerie, ristoranti, bar. L' aeroporto Canova di Treviso e l'aeroporto Marco Polo di Venezia sono ben collegati dai mezzi pubblici. Di fronte l'appartamento c'è la fermata della Mom nr 4.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.
