This cozy 650 sq ft Pacific Northwest cottage is set in the garden away from the street .Shade & sun. It is a complete home. Eclectic decor includes antique bathroom, claw foot tub with optional shower, an open kitchen you can really cook in, coffee nook & a dinning room area, full living room, bedroom, closets etc. Private drive & parking. The bus stops in front. Neighborhood has lots of trees, views of snow capped mountains, short drives to beaches, international restaurants. 12 mi to Seattle.

Completely separate and private guest suite walking distance to downtown Winslow (1/2 block), the ferry (.6 miles), the harbor and the 8.5 acre Moritani Preserve (1 block) away Easy access via a code. I am always available for questions.. I live in the main house in the front but you will have complete privacy. It's a very safe area and people are warm and friendly. Check out the farmers' market on Saturdays at Bainbridge Performing Arts. You have space to park one car in the carport.

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Our lovely private guesthouse is walking distance to the University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital, University Village, and the Burke Gilman Trail. It’s around the corner from Sand Point Grill and Gretchen’s Coffee House. It provides quick access to downtown Seattle via public transportation. This is a modern studio, immaculately clean with new furniture and small appliances. You’ll enjoy drinking your coffee or tea in front of the French doors that lead to the garden.

Come explore beautiful Bainbridge Island and stay in our comfortable guest home. Located 5 miles from the ferry on the Northeast side of the island. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

Moonrise Cottage

This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.

Lomax Pura Vida Guest Cottage

Charming and quaint one bedroom cottage situated on a 3 acre, gated estate. Fully furnished and fully fitted kitchen. Located next to the main house. Situated in the heart of Woodinville wine country where some of the finest wines around .Close to fine dining, theaters, biking, running, or hiking. 15 mins away from the main Microsoft campus in Redmond and the main Google campus in Kirkland. Great for temporary residents, looking to relocate to the area!
