It is located on a property on the Shoalhaven River with a serene view of green pastures and historic Coolangatta Mountain across the road. Its a short stroll along the river to Seven Mile Beach Shoalhaven Heads and a 10 minute drive to Berry or Gerringong townships. The property has the owners house on the same block but you may access shared areas such as the river front and private jetty.

From the living room and terrace you have beautiful views of the river, beach and the Pacific Ocean.
