Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

In our view we are in a fantastic location just a 5 minute drive to Shellharbour Harbour, Shell Cove, Stockland Shellharbour shopping, short drive Wollongong, Kiama, local wineries, Illawarra fly on the Southern Highlands. For those longing for a country escape with the comforts of city living, Little Shed sits mountain-side just 5km out of Berry township. A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. Soak up the view, visit the famous Seven-mile Beach and return for a night by the fireplace. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.

Bibish is a modern spacious home with a unique touch of hippy, perfect for being the base to explore nature. - Located in cul-de-sac road on a little hill, it has nice views and very quiet at night - 8 min walk to everything you need – cafes, shopping centre, local restaurants, library for kids - 10 min drive to ocean, lakes, mountains like "The Farm" (famous for surfing), "Bushrangers Bay" (famous snorkeling), Minnamurra Rainforest Centre (famous for the lyrebird)
