Recent changes with the Iocal governance (Islands Trust) necessitates additional accommodation be developed on the same property as a STVR. An owner's cottage is currently being constructed, well removed from the log house.

We're located oceanfront in beautiful Maple Bay near biking/hiking trails, Maple Bay beach, pubs and restaurants. This cozy Studio offers stunning views and is complete with a kitchenette, full-piece bathroom and a hot tub. Suite has its own private entrance. Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Coffee and tea are provided. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.
