Cabin Hideaway

This is a lovely cabin tucked under the pines. Close to Mt. Shasta and skiing, fishing and hiking areas as well as the historic town of Dunsmuir. There’s a kitchen with a full size refrigerator so you can stay in or enjoy a lovely meal in town. Mt. Shasta is about 10 minutes away with wonderful shops and restaurants to explore. The cabin is located in Cedar Pines RV Resort so there is ample parking for trailers. There are security cameras around the park, but no cameras in the cabin

The Hikers Hollow is a cozy cabin located in the trees of Dunsmuir. A charming canyon train town that promises travelers a truly unique and relaxing experience. Near world class fly fishing, waterfalls, rivers, mountain biking, hiking trails, Ski Park, and yummy hidden restaurants. The cabin offers a private hot tub after a fun day of hiking or skiing. Found at the base of the Castle Crags this cabin can accommodate whoever that wants to enjoy a memorable mountain getaway!

Pufferbilly Station Zephyr #2 is located 200 feet across the street from the Amtrak station. Our unit is ground floor in a historic brick building built in 1895, offering incredible ambiance and conveniently located half a block from downtown Dunsmuir. Botanical gardens and Sacramento River are nearby. If you are traveling by car there are countless opportunities to see unrivaled natural beauty in our Northern California mountains. Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.

There are trains that go through Dunsmuir at all hours, Close to snow skiing at Mt. Shasta. Well known for its hiking trails, water falls and fishing one block away on the Sacramento River. Lake Shasta Caverns is approximately 15 miles South of Dunsmuir. The great well known Yaks restaurant is just a few blocks away.
