Rosemary's is a hidden gem, peaceful courtyard setting close to beach Its perfect central location only minuets from the shops, restaurants & the beach makes this property a superb family getaway. The property benefits from 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, ensuite bathroom to master bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. The property has a very spacious kitchen and lounge\dining areas, with a safe small enclosed courtyard garden for outside dinning. The property has parking within the courtyard area.

Stay in our refurbed first floor, small one bed flat in the peaceful Cultural Quarter in Seaton on the beautiful East Devon coast. The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well-behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a small sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!

The Annexe, Seaton - home from home accommodation

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- The price per night is for short breaks. A discount is offered for 7 night or more stay The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

Garden Holme

Garden Holme is a shepherd's hut with your comfort in mind: set on its own raised south facing plot in a partially walled garden with private gate, patio and small sheltered grassed area looking out across Lyme Bay. Inside there is hot and cold water, electricity and a log burning fire. The en-suite bathroom offers a shower, plumbed toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is ample parking space and a patio set so you can enjoy the splendid view and the sound of the sea!

Little Sails.Cosy flat, 3 min walk to Seaton beach

Cosy ground floor apartment, stylish and modern. You'll be close to everything when you stay at Little Sails! All amenities and local experiences are just a pebbles throw away: -Jurassic coast, BLUE FLAG pebble beach -Coastal path -Shops and restaurants -Park/tennis court/golf -Seaton tramway A parking permit is supplied, your car registration number is added online, no need for a physical permit .The car park is 3 minutes walk away. Beer cottage private parking, 2 min walk to beach.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

Beer Head Caravan Park - Sleeps 4 (C14)

A comfortable newly sited Swift static caravan with amazing views in a quiet fishing village on the Jurassic Coast. Walks across the cliffs towards Branscombe and the other way to Seaton as well as close to local attractions such as Dartmoor and. Exmoor. A good selection of pubs and eateries in the village as well as in the surrounding villages and towns all just a short drive away. Please be aware there is a fairly long steep hill from the village/beach up to the caravan park.

Cosy Cabin in Seaton - Windrush Escape

Our cabin is a newly build cosy and luxuries space. Private and self contained. Set in the back of the garden. Contemporary furnished for nice relaxing stay in the middle of beautiful countryside but only within 15 min walk to the sea. Fully insulated and soundproof. Perfect place to get away from it all. Ideal for a couple and one child sleeping on the single sofa bed. The space will be restricted if you require extra cot for an infant. Please note there is no disabled access.

Heather Hideaway - Self-contained.

Heather Hideaway is a cosy annexe. It’s completely self-contained, with its own private entrance. No shared spaces. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a convenience store 200m away. Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approximately 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.
