The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

High above Pacific City on historic Hill Street stands Storm Watch Lodge. With a west view of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific City, and Cape Kiwanda. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for up to 4 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper. There is a fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs on the patio, a hot tub and a propane grill. Plus, there is a game room in the garage.

Situated on the estuary, white-water views and wonderful wildlife abounds on the mouth of the ocean. Away from the busy center. The beach, Broadway, promenade, and Convention Center are all just down the street. My home is big enough for small families, but cozy enough for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. No pets or service animals.
