Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

The Scottage by the sea steps away from the beach!

This quaint home is located on a large fenced in lot just 1 block from the beach with off-street parking. The detached garage includes supplies for crabbing, clamming, biking, roller blading, sand toys, skim boards, wood & firepit, kites, and a ping pong table. Our little beach house was built in 1924 and has been in the Scott family for over 50 years. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $50 extra cleaning for them. If not bringing dogs, the $50 extra fee will be credited back to you.

Our family friendly cottage is nestled just a block away from Neahkanie Beach (the north end of Manzanita beach) and is the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and warm up in the 7 person hot tub. Enjoy a cozy wood-burning fireplace for stormy days or take in breathtaking sunsets on the deck with a glass of wine.
