3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. You'll love sipping coffee and watching the sunset from the front deck of this beautiful and much sought after 3rd floor ocean view condo with private pool and a beach access is just a short walk away. This NON-SMOKING condo includes, 2 flat screen SmartTVs, cable, & private WiFi. The kitchen contains all essential tool, a limited amount of spices/staples. There's also a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods for your enjoyment. The queen sofa bed sleeps 2 comfortably. No pets are allowed.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

A convenient location on the island for a relaxing day by the ocean and all of the restaurants, nightlife, family activities that CB has to offer.

Walk to the boardwalk in the evening for a relaxing dinner followed by world famous Britt’s donuts!

Centrally located, The Loft is exactly 0.1 miles from the nearest public beach access and 0.5 miles from The Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Guests are never far from a relaxing day by the ocean or the many exciting activities Carolina Beach has to offer. We personally lived here for two years and enjoyed every moment!
