Close to everything yet tucked into a quiet wooded area behind my house, you’ll look out the window to find the wide open green space of the park. Take a stroll to such spots as City Lake, the disc golf course, dog park, Chico’s Mexican Restaurant, and much more. You’ll be only a mile away from Historic Downtown and the Rocky Mount Mills campus!

Relax in our "Nest" located less than 1 mile from historic, downtown Washington, NC and less than two hours from the Outer Banks. Use as a workspace or a base to explore the local waterfront, shops & restaurants while learning about Washington's place in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars including the Underground Railroad. Visit the NC Estuarium and enjoy the many water activities on the Tar-Pamlico River. Hike the trails in Goose Creek State Park just 10 miles away. Then come back and relax!

Farm Stay: on a Hundred Acre Farm

Welcome to October Farm! Located on the Historic Albemarle Trail (the oldest heritage trail in the southeast) we are a one-hundred acre farm with views of forest and farmland. We are 15 minutes from: historic Tarboro (fine dining, local brewery, oyster bar, boutique shopping, grocery stores and Starbucks), Sylvan Heights Bird Park, Indian Lakes Sports Complex and 20 minutes from the Rocky Mount Sports Complex. Attending a wedding, visiting family or travel ball, we are glad to be your host.

The Stowe Away

The Stowe Away is just outside of Battleboro. It is connected with The Stowe Away 2 like apartments but they are completely separate houses. This house has four bedrooms, two and one half baths, laundry room and an open living dining and kitchen. It has a large fenced in pool area that you can relax in. The pool and the pool area is shared between the The Stowe Away and The Stowe Away 2...There is a gas grill in the pool area that both houses can use....Also there is a gas fire pit.

Townhouse near Hospital, ECU in Greenville

Centrally located townhouse right down the street from the hospital and a short drive to ECU. Also very close to the main strip of restaurants on Greenville Blvd. I started this Airbnb to provide people everything they will need for a business or personal trip whether it be 1 day or a whole week. A quiet, clean and comfortable place for you and your family to relax in that is not a small hotel room. With 2 stories and 1500 SF you can feel like you are in a home and not a hotel.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Pool is a SHARED outdoor space used by other guests on the property. Multiple rentals on site. Please be respectful. Located inside the fenced pool area and not suitable for small children. No swimming alone. Queen bed, kitchenette, smart TV, large shower and bath. Quiet countryside setting.

Our Halifax cottage is conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate I95 and just off Hwy 301 in the quaint, historic town of Halifax. It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!!
