Seul, en couple ou même avec 2 enfants nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir dans ce petit gîte qui était un ancien four à pain en bord du chemin de halage de la Dordogne. Il s inscrit dans le style de notre Perigord Pourpre avec ses bricous et ses vieilles pierres. Dans un endroit isolé calme et tranquille vous ne serez malgré tout pas loin pour visiter les bastides et châteaux réputés de Dordogne mais aussi du Lot et Garonne et de la Gironde et à mi-chemin de SARLAT et St EMIĹION .

Aux portes du Périgord, à la confluence des départements de la Dordogne et du Lot-et-Garonne, Le repère des Chapelains, gîte de charme et de caractère, vous accueille dans un environnement paisible et verdoyant. Le gîte se situe en plein cœur du vignoble, à 4 km de la bastide de Sainte-Foy-la-Grande construite au 13ème siècle sur les rives de la Dordogne, permettant baignades et activités nautiques; et à seulement 15 minutes de Duras et son château médiéval classé monument historique.

Nous vous proposons ce gîte classé 4 étoiles, avec une terrasse privée, cuisine équipée, barbecue et piscine. Rénové en 2017 dans un esprit cottage, il bénéficie de tout le confort. Une grande pièce à vivre lumineuse, une cuisine équipée, une chambre avec un lit de 160 cm, et une literie d'hôtellerie de luxe.

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)
