Sorry, no dogs or animalsof any kind, and no smoking, including e-cigarettes or vaping. These units are intended to be dander-free. We recommend an automobile, and have parking for 3 vehicles with 2 garage spaces and room behind for additional parking, including for a boat trailer. Most of our contact will be through email and on the phone. We are frequently in Bandon and our housekeepers are in town and any of us will be available in case of any problems. We have one of the most beautiful and picturesque beaches in the world. Our home is on the bluff overlooking the ocean with good beach accessat either end of the block. We are close to City Parkwith a kid's playground and friendly library. It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California. GOLF: Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.
