Queen and single in loft, sofa long enough to sleep on downstairs. Loft has enough space for a blow-up bed as well. Small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Glasses, dishes, minimal silverware and cooking supplies are provided. Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
