Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

It is very well connected and close to the beaches or mountains, it is also close to the city of Figueres and the shopping areas on the Spanish/French border.

Ubicado en Finca Mas Flaquer, rodeado de pura naturaleza y al pie de la Serra de la Albera, uno de los rincones más bellos y desconocidos del Empordà. El loft tiene 95 m2. Cuenta con una chimenea para calentarse y una espaciosa terraza con una vista increíble. Dispone de una cocina abierta junto al comedor y la sala de estar, una habitación con una cómoda cama doble y un baño con ducha. Se pueden añadir más camas a petición.

Se llega por el camino asfaltado que lleva a Vilartoli , el ultimo pueblecito antes de Francia , ...antigua tierra de contrabandistas . Tambien tierra de dolmenes y menhires , tramontana, viñas y olivos . Con varias hectareas de terreno , En la misma finca hay una plantacion de olivos milenarios .
