One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Appartamento nelle Dolomiti, splendide escursioni.

Appartamento situato nel Residence Rododendro, località Passo San Pellegrino, in comune di Moena (Tn), passo che collega Falcade (Bl) a Moena. E' a 1.918m sul livello del mare, in un sito dall'ottimo innevamento, con gli impianti di sci da discesa a 150 metri di distanza e raggiungibili a piedi, e la pista da sci da fondo appena attraversata la strada. Ottimo punto di partenza per splendide escursioni. E' spesso utilizzato anche dalla mia famiglia e quindi ci teniamo che sia accogliente.

It has three rooms with double beds and one with two French beds, all with private bathrooms. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.

With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
