If you need a quiet get away from the current state of affairs, we have been cleaning our condo with hospital grade cleaners and following the airbnb protocol during the Covid-19 state. This allows us to disinfect everything and clean things under procedure that protects us and our guests. During your time, take in leafy views from a gray sectional sofa on a vintage-style rug. Make home cooked meals in the fully prepared kitchen and have peace from the chaos. Enjoy walks in the eclectic neighborhood and nearby park. Try local restaurants or simply, stay in and relax. This studio holds up to four people and comes with free parking for one vehicle. There is a queen size bed, and the sofa bed sleeps two people. This location is ideal for visiting Austin for events; ACL, SXSW, Formula 1, corporate apartment living. Or simply to come to Austin for exploring and enjoying our city. Guest can use the on-site pool, Reserved Parking, and washer & Dryer. The home is in the heart of East Austin, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and nightlife. Visit Attabar and Lazarus Brewing. It’s a short walk, even shorter drive to downtown, and 2 blocks to the metro. Rent scooters and bikes right outside. Two blocks away is the metro, catch the train up north or next stop over to the convention center.

The home is located close to downtown and just a short distance to historical Gruene, NB square, and crystal clear Comal/Guadalupe Rivers. King size beds in every bedroom. This tiny house is a cozy oasis for a quiet getaway. The Mountain Laurel is on our 5-acre homestead we call Deerhaven Retreat. A queen bed downstairs and 2 twins in loft — sleeps up to 4. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Features WiFi, RokuTV, AC/heat, Keurig, tea pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. You'll enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops & dining. Please, no kids under 12. In addition to this unit, a separate area of our property features three small cabins.

Hayloft at the Lookout Stables

Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
