L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Villa Franca è ubicata a circa 850 metri di altitudine e si affaccia su una balconata sulla Valle del Mercure cerchiata da est a sud dalla catena del Pollino. L'abitazione dispone di un ampio salone con comodo divano letto, cucina attrezzata con camino completa di elettrodomestici, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno, ampio porticato, barbecue esterno. Data la posizione, è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti le gole del Lao per rafting, monte Pollino per escursioni e le terme di Latronico

Appartamento autonomo , dotato di tutti i servizi situato nel cuore del centro storico. Ristrutturato lasciando intatte le caratteristiche di un tempo. I materiali sono in legno e la pietra. Il panorama mozzafiato dove si scorge il mar Ionio e la valle del Raganello. L’appartamento è strutturato su due livelli. Il secondo livello è una mansarda con letto matrimoniale e vista panoramica. Primo livello invece camera ampia con terrazzo panoramico. Il bagno è ampio con doccia e vaso bidè.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.
