Upstairs has a king bed, two twin beds and a trundle bed (two additional beds). Full bath upstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. Heated by electric heat and a fireplace. Two decks with water views. Set slightly off the beach. Use of kayaks, paddle boards, row boats and bicycles (subject to availability)

Home sits on two acres with complete privacy. Built in the 1940s and perched over Maple Bay with incredible panoramic views. Ocean, mountains, forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes property. Home is accessible, private, cottage feel, natural landscape, ample private parking, close to all amenities and heated pool from June to mid October. Pool is deep, heated and old. With wind and hot weather, water can get cloudy with organics. Pool water tested and cleaned bi-weekly.
