The house has a cabin feel with cathedral ceiling and open floor plan plus lots of natural light in a peaceful, quiet location. The back yard is Tolt MacDonald Park, 574 acres, a favorite for mountain bikers and trail walkers alike. All of this and still less than 11 miles to Redmond (think Microsoft), 26 miles to Seattle downtown. Winter skiing and summer alpine hiking are only 20 to 50 miles away.

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

We invite you to come the lovely City of Sammamish near Bellevue and Redmond. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Enter to a large living area with a wall of windows backing up to a hidden forest. This property offers two primary bedrooms. Plenty of space for entertaining both inside and out. Downstairs has fun game room. Lots of privacy. We have video doorbell called The Ring - we only monitor the outdoors with this security camera. RV parking available upon request.

Our place is surrounded by big mossy trees and bordered by a beautiful stream with waterfalls, yet we are right down the street from the grocery store, restaurants, a movie theater, and other shopping. It's a hidden sanctuary in the middle of town! Issaquah is perfectly located to easily access beautiful hikes, lakes, and mountains in one direction and the Seattle city life in the other direction.

Watch as eagles soar over the lake and above the towering fir trees from the patio. Soak up the bright, contemporary design of this curated lakeside suite on Pine Lake, brew some coffee and relax. Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.
