Beautiful circa 1820's log cabin overlooking Harmon Field Horse Rings in picturesque Tryon, NC. Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home with full kitchen and laundry. French doors open to wonderful deck with spectacular views of mountain ranges great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Close to downtown Tryon, short drive to TIEC, Hendersonville, and Asheville. Great area for hiking, biking, tubing, Saluda Gorge Zip line, fishing, quaint antique shops, gift shops, and art galleries all around.

The Happy Red Cabin

I'm a small cabin located in a wonderful setting with other houses on gravel roads. My owners put their hearts and souls into my creation. I have 2 BR's & BR's, great room, kitchen, W/D, 2 porches, patio and a fire pit. Located 2.5 miles from Saluda, NC - a delightful small WNC town. I'm up the hill from a small private lake *as of summer '25 - lake temporarily drained for long term repairs* NO WI-FI, weak cell. Guest pass for lake property provided. NO PETS or SMOKING - strict policy.

This 350 square foot tiny home feels spacious and is convenient with the one story floor plan, high ceilings, natural light, and basic amenities for your stay. Wifi is now available (but no TV), or this is a perfect place to unplug in a peaceful setting and enjoy the beautiful farm! Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum for dining/ shopping, and plenty to do in the area or just relax on the farm!

THE RED ROOSTER HOUSE - walk 200 feet to Main St.

The Red Rooster House is located at 52 Church St. in the Historic / Commercial district of downtown Saluda. With a short walk of 200 feet, you'll be on Main Street. We welcome non-smokers, guests without children, guests over 25 and guests traveling without pets. Our totally ground level apartment provides easy accessibility. Your private parking space is directly in front of the courtyard entrance. The host lives on the premises and will assist guests at any time.
