Beautiful holiday home in Salcombe. A real gem. Surroundings gardens. Private parking for one car. Magnificent views. Seated deck. A very well appointed, spacious kitchen, including Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, open plan with bench seated dining area, large corner sofa, wood burner, Smart TV. Stunning views. Situated 1.5 miles from to the award winning Bantham Beach, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, The Bolt-Hole Bantham sleeps two guests and offers a getaway stay in unique location with stunning views across the valley. The studio cabin is not overlooked so you can completely relax and enjoy the tranquil setting. As an ideal winter break, there is a wood burning stove and radiator to keep you warm in the colder months.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Guest house in the heart of Kingsbridge. Our old stables have been lovingly converted into a bright cosy space, while still retaining character of the past. Situated just off Fore Street through a quiet alleyway to a tranquil private south facing courtyard garden with private entrance. The perfect location to explore the stunning beaches and wonderful coastal walks of the beautiful South Hams countryside. Walkable to all amenities, restaurants, pubs and the estuary.

Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
