Chalet indépendant, climatisé, situé à l'orée du village Festes et St André à 1/4 h de tous commerces (Limoux). Terrain clôturé. Animaux acceptés (2 au maximum) Réservation acceptée uniquement sur présentation du permis de détention pour les chiens de catégorie 1 & 2. Accès 4G, wifi. Détente dans un cadre de verdure. Lieu de randonnées de moyenne montagne. Excursions possibles à la journée: châteaux cathares, cité de Carcassonne, Pays d'Andorre, plages méditerranéennes. Lac de Montbel à 20mn.

Idéal pour les escapades créatives en couple ou famille, pour les gens qui aiment faire de la randonnée, cuisiner (notre cuisine est idéale pour les gourmets) et simplement se détendre. Notre petite maison est la base idéale pour explorer cette région fascinante du sud de La France, le coeur du Pays Cathare.

Chalet Salamandre

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de wintermaanden is er een houtkachel. Het stookhout is niet inbegrepen bij de huur.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

You will be in this magnificent green valley, close to activities such as rafting, a tourist train with velorail and the Cathar trail. Charming spacious studio with all amenities including a garden. This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
