Massive park on the east side, in spanish harlem. Take a bus or a car to get here (or a 30~ min walk). It's a beautiful and huge park, perfect for children and families. Plenty of spots to grill outside!

If you're in the mood to walk a little longer, head to the "Great Hill" (google maps helps!) and relax on a beautiful grassy hill.

Great beer selection and huge outdoor section. Food is all right, but I like coming here for some good beer and friendship. They play sports, too, if you're into that!
