This place hasn't been open long but its already one of my favorite places to go in the neighborhood. Really nice happy hour special. They also have amazing appetizers. There is a nice big bar in the main restaurant upstairs, and a very fun lounge downstairs. I highly recommend this place.

Silvana has delicious coffee and really good food from falafel and hummus to different salads and wraps. They also have a bar/lounge downstairs that has live music 7 days a week.

This place has absolutely delicious food. It's a little more on the pricy side, but if you want a good Italian meal you can't go wrong here. They also have a really good happy hour.

Parks & Nature
This place is a really great part with some beautiful landscape. Their is a lovely pond and waterfall in the south part of the park. I really like going on the western side of the park that is up higher on the hill. There are some beautiful views of harlem from up there.

Arts & Culture
This is one of my favorite museums in the city, and new york has some incredible museums. I highly recommend seeing a show in the planetarium, and the natural gems and stones exhibit is amazing.

This is a large super market that has anything you might want for food. They have great produce, and meat, along with an excellent selection of beer. They also have good sales and aren't as expensive as other super markets.

Getting Around
This is the closest subway to my apartment. Just two blocks away. The C, and B train makes stop here. However, the B does not run on the weekends. Late at night (after 11pm) the A train makes local stops here.
