Edwards and Eagle Vail favorites: In Edwards I would recommend these three restaurants: >The Rose (my personal favorite) Artsy with craft food, great bar and yummy desserts. >Gore Range Brewery for good American food and beer. >E Town- great burgers and salads, bar. >Ti Amo Italian restaurant located in Eagle Vail. Our #1 go to for any occasion. It is nicer with white tablecloths, but dress is casual/nice casual. Don’t let its location fool you, it has excellent food and a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy! :-)
