The Lawrence Woods State Nature Preserve is the largest mature forest in the region. There is 1.1 miles of accessible boardwalk. Within the preserve you will notice natural features such as spring and summer wildflowers, large trees, and wetlands. It is a great location for hiking, biking, and birding.
