This is in the process of becoming The Schroon Lake Department Store. The new owners have spent the winter doing extensive renovations and have worked exceptionally hard to be open for this season. Schroon Lake Beach is right in the village, with a wide grassy area behind it with trees for shade, grass for games, and a playground for when the young ones need a break from the water. There are also bathrooms and a concession stand.

Donnelly Beach is a lovely family beach on a quiet lake (no motor boats), easy hiking trails to explore, space to play games, a concession stand and bathrooms. Life Guards are on duty from 10am -7pm.
