Neighborhoods
Our condo is located in the Ridges, a subdivision of the Redlands community which is one of the most premier areas of Grand Junction with fantastic views all around. We are in a safe and quiet area of town where you can find tranquility during your stay here.
- The Colorado National Monument is the backdrop and the entrance to the Monument is only 10 minutes away.
- The Redlands Mesa Golf Course is the award winning golf course just minutes away with spectacular views of the Monument throughout. Try their restaurant with amazing views, Ocotillo Restaurant and Bar.
- Some of the best hiking and biking trails are interwoven throughout the Redlands as well. The nearby Lunch Loops is just over the hill offer world-class mountain biking for all experience levels, but also relaxing hiking trails, too. Down the street is the Riverfront Trail system that connects you to all parts of the Grand Valley.
- Right next to the condo is a family friendly park with tennis courts/pickleball courts.
- Down the walking trail right outside of the condo are several ponds as well.

Redlands Mesa Golf Club

This course boasts some of the most beautiful views throughout the course of the Colorado National Monument. Even if you aren't a golfer, the restaurant offers unobstructed views of the Monument with a wide selection of drinks and food.
One of our favorites places in Western Colorado is this Monument. The eastern entrance is only 5 minutes away from our condo. The drive will show you the best views of the high desert of Western Colorado! Please drive carefully as the roads have many tight corners and hills. You may even spot some bighorn sheep! The Colorado National Monument sits at the edge of this vast conservation area that is a short drive away from our condo, easily accessible for all vehicles, and dog friendly. Some of our favorites hikes:
- Devil's Canyon Loop Trail: ~7 mile moderate hike through the canyon. See the vast red rocks on either side
- Mica Mines Trail: moderate ~2.5 mile hike with mica throughout
- No Thoroughfare Canyon: ~5.6 mile moderate hike with beautiful high top views of the canyons with a waterfall at the end (depending on precipitation levels).
- Pollock Trail: ~7 mile moderate hike with views of the rock formations of the conservation area

The Colorado National Monument sits at the edge of this vast conservation area that is a short drive away from our condo, easily accessible for all vehicles, and dog friendly. Some of our favorites hikes:
- Devil's Canyon Loop Trail: ~7 mile moderate hike through the canyon. See the vast red rocks on either side

Only about 1.5 hours away, the Arches NP is a spectacle to see!! It has the largest concentration of arches in the world. This is a “must see” if you have the time and can be done as a day trip!

The River Park at Las Colonias includes a lengthy and accessible water channel, two standing wave water features, and beach and wading areas. There are also several well-maintained dog parks there as well. Catch a concert at their amphitheater!

Down the main road on Broadway is a local favorite with their own in-house brews. They have some mean burgers and brews, perfect for rejuvenating after an adventurous day! They have an outside patio and upstairs patio. Dogs are permitted.
