Saburtalo is a vibrant and quickly developing district. With lots of universities around the area is popular among students, as well as young professionals who live/work here.
Saburtalo, especially the area where the apartment is located is very safe and well-lit at night.
Infrastructure is also cool - you can find shops, cafes, banks, currency exchange offices, gyms, pharmacies, clinics, beauty salons and much more.
Two bigger park areas are available within 15 minutes walk:

- Old Hippodrome / Central park (under reconstruction at the moment, still great place for a walk)

Delisi metro station is the closest one, also there are plenty of bus stops. To feel more confident about using public transport I highly recommend to download TTC app (red & white logo).
