Awesome local brewery with the Rocky Mountain Food Truck attached. As a dog owner it is kind of a pain in the butt to bring your dog places and eat and drink. However this is the spot. Although you can't bring your dog inside the actual brewery there is ample outdoor seating as well as a large dog friendly heated tent which popped up during covid. They have awesome beers and the tacos are good and a cool local spot. There is a medicinal medication dispensary next door as well if you need to pick up some medicine.

Awesome modern american food with a colorado mountain twist. Thats how I would describe it. It is pretty expensive but always seems to be worth it as they're pretty damn awesome!

Sightseeing
If you fee like getting out in the wilderness and too a beautiful mountain lake this is for you. It's about a 45 minute drive and you do not need 4wd but it is usually very bumpy and washboard. However it is worth is. There is a hiking trail which leaves from the lake and this is a great place to bring a picnic, just hang out by the lake and go for a swim or head out on a hike as long as youd like.

SATURDAYS-- if you havent been to Minturn before this would be the day to go. Any day is great to but the market is pretty cool. It is a small market but it is full of character and passion. I would say to check out the market late morning and couple it with a hike up meadow mnt, game creek trail and finish with a burrito at rocky mountain taco.
