Stittsville is a quaint town to visit and I strongly recommend going for a drive through it (or walk). It feels very much modern but also old school at the same time. Lots of good local eateries too.

Very inexpensive option for excercise ($10 for a month typically). Believe per day it is $10 flat-rate. Large facility with enough gear to cover most exercise needs. Tanning booths and massage machine services available.
