We recommend - ukrainian "borsch" with "pampushki", "pelimeni" and "varenniki", wide variety of meet and fish dishes, etc as well as ukrainian strong spirits. Prices are not "touristy" - reasonable for a quality you get

Also you can jump down from the Bridge on a rope - look for a staff in yellow t-shirts (Bez Mezh team). It costs around 250 hryvnias ($10).
