The cottage has many updates, including a new kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, outdoor shower and a wood stove. The master and second bedroom each have queen-size beds and the children's bedroom has two twin beds. Enjoy an early swim before breakfast or have an evening beach picnic under the sunset.

This cottage is a 2-bedroom plus kids loft, screen porch, hot tub, fire pit, plus walking distance to Townline Beach!

Peach Beach Cottage at Simonton Lake! 2 Bed/1 Bath

Peach Beach is a charming, 100 yr old fishing cottage. Dogs welcome, but there is a dog fee. Across the street from Simonton Lake and includes lake access with kayaks during the Summer months. Lots of light and beachy decor, wifi, outdoor bbq (Summer Only)with big back yard. Maximum 2 vehicles. No pier access. Just swimming or launching kayaks.
