Centrally located in the heart of Orange City, just a few blocks from the square, Landsmeer Golf course, shopping, and coffee shops. 1/2 mile from Northwestern College. Recently remodeled 3 bedroom with fenced in back yard, firepit, and full kitchen. Your access is the entire upstairs. The host and his Border Collie Jax live in the basement with a seperate entrance blocked off from the upstairs.

Your space is the entire upstairs with 3 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen as well as the dining and living room. My border collie Jax and I live in the basement. We have our own separate entrance that is blocked off from the upstairs and provides complete privacy.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates/silverware/toaster/coffee maker/INSTAPOT/spices/wine glasses etc. There is a Baldwin piano in the living room for your use. For television, there is a 55" flat screen in the living room and 50" flat screen in the bedroom. BOTH Tv's have free access to NETFLIX/HULU LIVE/PRIME VIDEO. As well as any other streaming services that you have an account with. The house has Hi-Speed WI-FI as well.
