As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

The sands of Rockaway Beach are only 600 feet from this home, with the rest of the beautiful Oregon Coast an easy drive away. The nearby Cedar Old Growth Nature Preserve is worth a visit, and there are restaurants and boutiques and antique shops, all in walking distance. Everything at this A-frame is walking distance. Please note that the nightly rate includes the 10% Rockaway Beach City tax, only the County and State Taxes will be collected by Airbnb.
