Si tratta di un moderno loft, nel cuore di una villa dei primi del Novecento. È stato appena restaurato e arricchito dalla presenza di mobili antichi. La zona giorno a piano terra con il divano letto e il camino funzionante; la zona notte si trova al piano di sopra, arricchita dall’utilizzo di un pavimento in castagno dell’Etna. Ampio antibagno con armadi su misura a scomparsa, moderno bagno con doccia extralarge. Spazi esterni ampi, giardino e piscina.

Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e a 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un ettaro e mezzo di terreno interamente fruibile. E' composto da sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno ed ampio e panoramico terrazzo privato con vista sulla Valle dell'Alcantara e sull'Etna.

In campagna , camera da letto matrimoniale, di circa 25 metri quadri, con bagno, angolo cucina, climatizzatore e ampio spazio esterno immerso in un giardino di limoni , a a 2 km dal mare e a mezz'ora di macchina dall'Etna. Noi proprietari, Ksenia e Raffaello siamo a completa disposizione degli ospiti.
